Taking the Ouch out of your own personal Olympics

Go for the gold this summer! You don't have to be in the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympic Games to call yourself an athlete.  Truth is, most of us will never make it to the big show this August, but that doesn't mean we should stop trying to master our craft.
